Apple Store Employee Files Lawsuit Against Company Over Lost Wages

Apple Store Employee Files Lawsuit Against Company Over Lost Wages

Apple's products, whether you love or hate them, are highly desirable and we have heard stories where Apple's retail stores have been robbed. While some robberies are outside jobs, we wouldn't be surprised if some theft occurred internally as well, which is why it isn't surprising to learn that Apple has made it mandatory to check the bags of employees before they go on lunch or end their shift, to make sure that the employees have stolen merchandize or have taken out items without permission, along with contraband.

Guitar Hero Co-Inventors Want To Make Exercising Fun With Accessories And Games

Guitar Hero Co-Inventors Want To Make Exercising Fun With Accessories And Games

For a lot of us, exercise can be quite boring and running on the treadmill for an hour straight is probably one of the dullest things possible, but what if exercise could be fun. What if you could do something that would be considered exercise, but at the same time be enjoyable to the point where you forget it's exercise. Well that's what the folks at Blue Goji hopes to do with their new game. For those unfamiliar, Blue Goji is a new startup that was quietly founded back in 2011 by the co-inventors of Guitar Hero, Kai and Charles Huang.

CarmaRace board game seeks funding on Kickstarter

CarmaRace board game seeks funding on Kickstarter

Automotive geekery isn't just limited to internet forums, dingy garages, or coffee shop parking lots. It extends far beyond that, actually. Board games - and we're talking the complex ones with rulebooks longer than The Grapes Of Wrath, not Chutes and Ladders - are actually a fairly popular outlet for auto enthusiasts. Take the wildly addicting Formula D, for example.
The problem with board games is that they are often too long and complex to be played on a whim. CarmaRace aims to change that, by delivering a game that is both easy to learn and difficult to master, making it a bit like Risk.

Indian Grand Prix in jeopardy?

Indian Grand Prix in jeopardy?

BBC Sport is reporting that Bernie Ecclestone, Formula One boss and indicted briber, has said the Indian Grand Prix will "probably not" happen in 2014. The race, which takes place at the purpose-built Buddh International Circuit, is in danger due to a combination of reasons, including Ecclestone's desire to move India from its current slot in October to the beginning of the season, in March or April. According to the BBC, this is to accommodate a schedule envisioned by Ecclestone that adds races in Austria, New Jersey and Russia, in addition to the current 19-race calendar.

Once configured, you don't even need to remove your phone from your pocket. Just walk up and touch the Kevo to unlock the lock.

WaterColorBot Expresses Itself Using Watercolor

WaterColorBot Expresses Itself Using Watercolor

Ah, we certainly have seen the fair progression of robot technology over the years, haven't we. In fact, it was just late yesterday evening when we talked about how the Veebot would come in handy in drawing blood from your with a far higher accuracy rate than that of a human should it make its way to hospitals eventually. Now here is a robot that dabbles more of the opposite of science, which is obviously the realm of art. Sylvia Todd, a 12-year-old who happens to have this particular passion for robots, has come up with a robot that she has named as the WaterColorBot.
