NTT Docomo is ready to launch the Samsung Galaxy S II LTE SC-03D in the Japanese market later this year. The smartphone is powered by a 1.5GHz Qualcomm APQ8060 dual-core processor, a large 4.5-inch WVGA (800x480) Super AMOLED Plus display, Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, a microSD card slot, an 8MP rear-facing digital camera and a 2MP front-facing camera for video calls. As its name suggests, the Samsung Galaxy S II LTE SC-03D supports Docomo's Xi LTE service. Too bad, there is no info on pricing at this moment.
