Watch out for those words, it could cost you thousands of dollars. A woman from Virginia , Jane Perez, wrote a negative review on Yelp. The review was for Dietz Development, a contracting company that apparently worked on Perez's home. Christopher Dietz, the owner of the company, is now suing Perez for $750,000.

LG's 55-inch OLED HDTV Gets FCC Approval

LG's elusive 55-inch OLED HDTV has been the subject of countless rumors and speculations. First unveiled at CES 2012, the 55-inch OLED HDTV is reported to be around 4mm thick, and weighing just 16lbs. Contrary to our previous report, it seems that the gargantuan HDTV from LG is launching soon. That's because an LG device with the code 55EM9700-UA appeared recently in FCC's database.
As seen in the image below, the device appears to be sporting Wi-Fi and Bluetooth modules.

Hyundai breaks all-time sales record

Less than a week into the month, and Hyundai has already announced that it has set an all-time sales record for the year in the US. Beating last year's best-ever total of 645,691, Hyundai's record-setting numbers are up eight percent through November, and it has broken monthly sales records in every month so far this year excluding June and October, which includes an all-time monthly record set in March of 69,728 units. Helping to improve Hyundai's sales this year, new models like the Veloster and Azera have posted massive increases over 2011, while the Accent, Elantra and Tucson have all seen pretty big gains, too.

Audi has used its racing program to trickle technology down to its passenger cars, but how about some racing design making its way into your living room. The Audi R18 Ultra Chair will be on display at Design Miami until December 9, and it was developed in a similar fashion as the R18 racecar, including optimal comfort and weight savings, constructed using carbon fiber and aluminum. The Ultra Chair was first unveiled at the Milan Furniture Fair earlier this year as a prototype, and designers used the input of more than 1,500 people to help fine-tune the level of comfort.

This iOS lockscreen concept shows some promise

One of the gripes I have about the iOS lockscreen is the fact that apart from being able to launch the camera app directly from it and some media controls, there's not a lot I can do with it. It's a different story with Android due to its customizability, with some lockscreens allowing user to launch a variety of apps directly from the lockscreen itself, or having the lockscreen display information like the weather which saves time from having to launch the Weather app AFTER unlocking our phone.

The crew at Hennessey has finally gotten around to showing the world just how quick the Venom GT really is by pulling off a 0-230 mph sprint on runway. The best run took a scant 19.96 seconds to stick the speedometer at 228 mph. That's the kind of speed that will peal your eyelids back if you aren't careful. Red. Red box. Red controls. Red speaker grill. Silver remote with - red buttons. I guess you have to be a confident company to make a speaker as red as the Geneva Sound System Model S speaker. But I have to tell you, the Model S is drop-dead gorgeous. You can't not notice it on any desk. It stands out that much (In fact, I have received more favorable comments about the Model S on my desk than any other speaker). While it also comes in black or white and even silver, I don't care! This speaker is made to be red. End of argument.
