[CES 2012] Canon is still giving some love to the compact camera segment and the ELPH 11 HS is the successor to the 300 HS. It has a 24-120mm lens (5X optical zoom) with Canon's "intelligent IS" (already present in the 300 HS) which chooses the most appropriate image stabilization technique (among 6) to make things as sharp as possible. It can record in 1080p (24FPS) videos and capture "movie digest" shots in 720p.
