Asus G75VW heralds the coming of '5G Wi-Fi'

. Mobile fans had better get ready, because there's yet another wireless buzzword coming down the pipeline. As The Verge's Jeff Blagdon reports, the new Asus G75VW gaming laptop is being billed as the first-ever laptop to come equipped with 802.11ac connectivity, otherwise known as “5G Wi-Fi” technology that's capable of delivering theoretical peak speeds of 1.3Gbps.
