Even though it may be quite some time before the first BlackBerry 10 devices are available, Research in Motion (RIMM) on Wednesday announced that it has begun accepting BlackBerry 10 apps for the company's BlackBerry App World. The sooner developers begin submitting apps, the sooner RIM can publish them. The Waterloo-based company “guaranteed” that apps submitted on Wednesday will be reviewed, tested and ready for publishing when BlackBerry 10 launches in the first quarter of 2013.
