Virgin Mobile USA has started selling the ZTE Reef - its first waterproof smartphone (it is IPX7-certified, thus it resists in up to 1 meter of water for 30 minutes). As most of Virgin's Android handsets, the Reef is an affordable, entry-level device. It's offered for $149.99 - no contract required.
