Genius Pen Mouse review

Have you ever used a pointing device that wasn't a mouse?  I've used a trackball and touchpad, but they didn't make me change from my mouse.  When I discovered the Pen Mouse by Genius, I figured it was worth a try, especially since I have been experiencing some wrist pain using the mouse.  Who knows, maybe I'll convert. To be very clear, the Pen Mouse is a mouse and not a tablet-type pen.  I've tried to draw with it, but the results are no better than if I use a plain old mouse.

Samsung Galaxy S4 Could Be Priced Cheaper Than The iPhone 5

When Samsung announced the Galaxy S4, they revealed that it should be arriving towards the end of April, however pricing of the device was yet to be determined, or at least shared by Samsung. Considering that the device would be priced differently depending on region and carrier, we guess that's one of the reasons Samsung did not share that particular detail. However it has been spotted on the terms and conditions page of Samsung's website for the giveaway of the Samsung Galaxy S4, that in the small print it reads that the "approximate retail value" of the Galaxy S4 is at $579.

Pearltrees Launches its Boticelli Version with Visual Enhancements

Two weeks ago, Pearltrees, the visual content curation application released its brand new version, called “Boticelli”, with the addition of graphically enhanced backgrounds that illustrate each Pearltree. The Pearls themselves have been modified, now users can have a view of the content of each pearl, which make it easier to navigate and select the pearl with the most relevant content. Additional new features include  reusable image galleries, improved zooming capabilities and better image formatting.

THX Sues Apple for Misuse of Speaker Tech Patent

Apple has received its latest lawsuit, this time from George Lucas' sound innovation company THX. The case, which is filed in the Northern District of California court last week, claims that Apple's various mobile devices (iPhone, iPad) and its iMacs infringe on THX's single speaker patent. THX's U.S. Patent No. 7,433,483, formally called “Narrow profile speaker configurations and systems,” describes methods to enhance audio quality in compact speaker arrangements common in consumer electronics like computers and televisions.
