Nokia has announced and released a new phone today, the C3-01 Gold Edition, a budget gold-plated S40 featurephone. First off, let's get something straight. This isn't a (true) budget featurephone. There are many other featurephones a lot cheaper than this. However, it is a budget gold-plated featurephone. You'll be hard pressed to find a cheaper gold-plated phone.
So if you like gold, but its recent price hikes have left you without the possibility of affording actual gold, or if you like expensive $10,000+ gold-plated phones but will never be able to afford one… this is for you.
