Though the international Optimus 3D from which it is based was treated to an Android 2.3 update months ago, AT&T's LG Thrill 4G is just now getting its upgrade to Gingerbread. To grab the update users will need the LG Mobile Support Tool for PCs. After sideloading the new software the Thrill 4G will be privy to all the bells and whistles that make up Gingerbread as well as some improvements to the Thrill 4G's 3D features, including 2D to 3D game conversion. Plenty of other enhancements, tweaks, and fixes are packed within.
