The fact that the Tegra 3 architecture doesn't support LTE made Nvidia lose some nice opportunities, like being the SoC supplier for the North American edition of HTC One X (this will be released with Qualcomm's Snapdragon S4 inside). But Nvidia seems to have learned its lesson, and is seemingly readying a new Tegra System on a Chip, which will be LTE-friendly. Chinese website VR-Zone has it that Nvidia is planning no less than four different Tegra 4 SoCs, and wants to introduce them next year.
