The HTC One S has been officially announced for HTC's home market of Taiwan. Not without a surprise, though. It turns out that while most of the specs of this device are identical to those of the internationally-sold One S (which was announced during MWC in February), there's a different processor powering the units sold in Taiwan. According to ePrice, the One S received a 1.7 GHz dual-core processor in Taiwan, and not the 1.5 GHz unit that's been associated with this device ever since its announcement. But wait, there's more.
