Fly is about to release another dual SIM Android 4.1 smartphone ‘IQ451 Vista' for the Russian market. The handset will feature a 5.0-inch 1280 x 720 HD IPS display, a 1.2GHz MTK6589 quad-core processor, a 1GB RAM, a 4GB of internal storage, a microSD card slot (up to 32GB), dual SIM card slots (GSM & WCDMA), dual cameras (2MP front & 8MP rear), GPS, WiFi, Bluetooth and run on Android 4.1 Jelly Bean OS. The IQ451 Vista will be available in late February for 13,000 Rubles (about $430).
