ZTE has showcased their latest Android 4.1 smartphone at this year's Mobile World Congress. Called the Grand Memo, the handset sports a 5.7-inch 1280 x 720 HD capacitive multi-touch display, a 1.5GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 quad-core processor, a 2GB RAM, a microSD card slot, a 16GB of internal storage, dual cameras (1MP front & 13MP rear), ZTE's Cloud service, WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0, LTE connectivity, a 3200mAh battery and runs on Android 4.1 Jelly Bean OS. The ZTE Grand Memo will be available around the world starting the second quarter of 2013, however, there's no word on pricing yet.
