When it comes to cameras, larger megapixels does not always dictate the quality of the camera as many photographers will tell you, but unfortunately it is a numbers game and many smartphone manufacturers have tried to upstage one another by offering cameras with larger megapixels on their smartphones. Well the good news is that Samsung's Electro-Mechanics subsidiary has announced a new camera sensor which does not appear to be trying to up the megapixel count, but rather its features. The new 13MP camera sensor is said to offer up better performance compared to other 13MP camera sensors out there.
