Ever since the iPhone was introduced back in 2007, there hasn't been a native Gmail app for iOS devices. Sure you can configure the default email client or access it from Safari, but it didn't provide the same experience like the official Gmail app for Android does. But it looks like we'll be finally getting the app on iOS. According to rumors online Google has already submitted the app for review so if it gets approved by Apple, we should see it on the App Store soon.
