C Spire announced last month that it would soon carry Apple's latest iPhone, and on Tuesday it announced launch details. The carrier will offer Apple's 16GB ($199), 32GB ($299) and 64GB ($399) iPhone 4S models beginning November 11th, and plans will cost between $50 and $100 per month.
