Virgin Mobile has just announced the availability of Kyocera's latest Android 4.0 ICS smartphone ‘Rise' on their network. The handset can be yours for $99.99. In case you didn't remember, the Rise offers a 3.5-inch 480 x 320 capacitive touchscreen display, a 1GHz Snapdragon single-core processor, a 512MB RAM, a microSD card slot (2GB card included), a side-sliding QWERTY keyboard, a 3.2MP rear-facing camera, WiFi, Bluetooth 2.1, a 1500mAh battery and runs on Android 4.0 ICS OS.
