That's because Apple is currently offering the game for free – but only for a limited time. The Angry Birds Seasons game is now Apple's Free App of the Week. Two of its versions – Angry Birds Seasons and Angry Birds Seasons HD – are normally priced at 99 cents and $1.99 respectively.
The offer started on Thursday (that's yesterday) and iOS users will have up until next week to take advantage of the free offer.
