Carl Zeiss has released four new diameters for UV and POL filters (circular) such as 52mm, 55mm, 62mm and 77mm. With these new sizes, the company is expanding its range of filters, which until now have only been available in diameters 58mm, 67mm, 72mm and 82mm. Additional diameter sizes will follow in January 2012 including 43mm and 46mm as UV filters and 95mm as a UV and POL filter.
