Medion Shows Off Lifetab P9514 Tablet and Mystery Smartphone

One of the highlights of this year's IFA held in Berlin last weekend was the unveiling of a new Android tablet and Gingerbread smartphone from German PC maker Medion. The Lifetab P9514 (pictured) weighs 1.6 pounds and is powered by a 1GHz NVIDIA Tegra 2 processor. The tablet features include a capacitive multitouch display with 1280 x 800 resolution, 32GB disk drive storage, Android Honeycomb 3.2, support for suad-band 3G and WiFi connections, HDMI, microUSB, and microSD. Meanwhile, Medion's new smartphone remains unnamed as of press time.
